If you look up the dictionary for the meaning of leader it should state “Steve Walsh”.

Steve epitomises all that makes up an outstanding leader and all from humble beginnings.

Never complaining about performing even the most mundane tasks (including picture hanging and pizza runs), he had an esteemed career in law culminated in becoming Chair of Maurice Blackburn Lawyers.

Here is just some of what Steve is doing, has done and leads people to do….

In “retirement” he sits on 3 boards who focus on the prevention of domestic violence, delivering support to families in need and creating self service tech.

He champions diversity. He stands up for those that need to be stood up for. He seeks justice and pursues what’s right. He leads with an infectious passion and authenticity, and empathy and humility are simply part of who he is.

For any leader or prospective leader, this one’s a must listen.
