Lauren Foote (she/her) is a world champion! A world champion at roller derby and we reckon a world champion human.
In this episode of The Do Landers you will hear how Lauren has championed gender equity in sport from an early age and how she has become a leader in a community that celebrates diversity, and making the most of your own unique strengths.
Today she is a “change our game” ambassador and works hard at Proud to Play to increase LGBTI+ engagement in sport and exercise.
As Lauren says, ‘it costs a lot of energy to make change” but when you are passionate about what you Do the effort is worth every cent.
